Ingredients
  

Ravioli

  • 12-16 pieces frozen ravioli choose your favorite filling

Breading

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Italian seasoned works wonderfully
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese optional, but oh-so-delicious
  • 2 count eggs beaten (or substitute with non-dairy milk if desired)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Serving

  • Marinara sauce for serving (highly recommended!)

Cooking Instructions

  • If you’re using an air fryer, preheat it to 375°F (190°C). If you’re opting for the oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station: in one bowl, place the beaten eggs (or milk); in another, mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese.
  • Take each frozen ravioli and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated. Then, dip it into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so the crumbs stick well.
  • If you’re using the air fryer, lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer and spray them lightly on top. Cook them in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
  • If you’re baking, arrange the ravioli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, then bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
  • Once done, serve these beauties warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy your crispy creations!

Notes

To keep ravioli crispy, avoid overcrowding them in the air fryer or on the baking sheet. If you have leftover ravioli, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For extra flavor, mix in some Italian seasoning or garlic powder into your breadcrumb mixture.
