Chicken Thighs
- 5 pieces chicken thighs skin on, bone-in
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar packed
Cooking Instructions
Add the chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic to the slow cooker.
If you like more brown, crispy skin you can brown the chicken in a pan with about 1 tablespoon vegetable oil before adding to the slow cooker.
Mix it up then flip the chicken skin side up.
Sprinkle on the brown sugar.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Serve with fresh chopped parsley sprinkled over the top (optional).
