  • 24 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 10.5 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and sauté the shrimp with minced garlic until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add Italian seasoning, followed by heavy cream, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  • Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for 8-10 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in cooked tortellini and parmesan cheese until creamy; add shrimp back to heat through.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley and lemon slices if desired.
