- 4 fillets salmon (4–6 oz each)
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter room temperature
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
