- 2 10-inch naan flatbreads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes omit if you don’t want a kick of heat
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms sliced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red pepper flakes and oregano. Stir for about a minute and then add the mushrooms and salt.
