Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt

Dry Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups all purpose flour
  • cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Fillings

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz deli ham, chopped
  • ¼ cup diced chives
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and yogurt until smooth.
  • In a smaller bowl, stir together flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Mix until well combined and a thick dough forms. Stir in ham, cheddar cheese, and chives.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet (about 2 inch balls). Sprinkle each biscuit with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

These biscuits can be stored for a few days and are delicious both warm and at room temperature.
