Ingredients
  

Chicken & Broccoli

  • 2 breasts boneless, skinless chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets 200g
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • cooked rice or quinoa for serving

Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt 120ml
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Cooking Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Grill until fully cooked, then slice.
  • Toss broccoli with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast or grill until tender.
