Beef and Cheese Filling
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced or shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
Dough
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped optional for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the minced garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin. Spoon a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
Place the sealed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
Let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
