Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Press each square into a greased muffin tin to form cups.
  • Bake puff pastry cups for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spoon pickle dip into each puff pastry cup. Top with shredded cheddar if using. Bake for another 5 minutes until warm. Serve immediately.
