  • 1.5 cups full-fat milk warmed slightly
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • ½ cup melted butter let cool slightly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence optional but recommended

Making Waffles

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla essence until smooth. Gradually mix in the melted butter.
