Chips Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese preferably for retaining moisture
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese adds savory flavor
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic for stronger flavor
- 1 teaspoon onion powder enhances flavor
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs such as oregano or Italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- cooking spray or olive oil as needed for greasing the baking sheet
Chips Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, place small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
