  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese preferably for retaining moisture
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese adds savory flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic for stronger flavor
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder enhances flavor
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs such as oregano or Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • cooking spray or olive oil as needed for greasing the baking sheet

Chips Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, place small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crispy. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Serve your crispy chips alone or with your favorite dip.
