Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 3 minutes or until your desired thickness is achieved.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Toss cooked ravioli in the sauce and serve warm, garnished with a little extra parmesan and black pepper.
