Ingredients
  

Spice Mix

  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon Ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon Allspice

Buttercream

  • 500 g Unsalted Butter softened at room temperature
  • 395 g Sweetened Condensed Milk chilled
  • 190 g Pumpkin Puree for flavor and color

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and allspice until well mixed. Set aside.
  • Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  • Add the chilled sweetened condensed milk to the fluffy butter and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the pumpkin puree along with the prepared spice mix and continue mixing for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • If curdled, keep mixing until it smooths out beautifully for a perfect consistency.
  • Using a silicone spatula, gently massage the buttercream for 1-2 minutes to eliminate air bubbles.
  • Your pumpkin spice buttercream is ready to use! Frost your baked goods and enjoy.
