Buttercream
- 500 g Unsalted Butter softened at room temperature
- 395 g Sweetened Condensed Milk chilled
- 190 g Pumpkin Puree for flavor and color
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and allspice until well mixed. Set aside.
Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add the chilled sweetened condensed milk to the fluffy butter and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
Gently fold in the pumpkin puree along with the prepared spice mix and continue mixing for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
If curdled, keep mixing until it smooths out beautifully for a perfect consistency.
Using a silicone spatula, gently massage the buttercream for 1-2 minutes to eliminate air bubbles.
