Instructions

Dip Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 1 ½ – 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar, and mix until fully combined.
  • Stir in the crab, half of the shredded cheese, and all of the sliced green onions.
  • Transfer the crab mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden top.
  • Enjoy with crispy wonton chips, crackers, or tortilla chips.

Wonton Chips Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a deep-frying skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Slice the wonton wrappers in half diagonally to make triangles.
  • Once the oil reaches 360-365 degrees Fahrenheit, add 2-3 wonton triangles. Fry for 25-30 seconds or until they start developing color.
  • Remove from oil and allow to drain on a cooling rack. Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers.
