Instructions
Preparation
Finely chop the cabbage until it is no larger than a grain of rice.
Grate the carrot using the smallest holes on a box grater.
Finely mince the onion until it is almost a liquid.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, and buttermilk until combined.
Add lemon juice and white vinegar to the dressing and stir in salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and fold until well-coated.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
