Whipped and Yogurt Base

  • 8 oz Whipped Topping softened
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Vanilla Pudding

  • 6 cookies Cream-Filled Chocolate Cookies crushed

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened whipped topping, Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, and instant vanilla pudding. Use a hand mixer to beat the mixture until it is smooth, evenly blended, and fluffy.
  • With a rubber spatula, gently fold in the crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld and texture to set.

Notes

Use fat-free whipped topping for a lighter version; vegan alternatives are available if using plant-based ingredients. Gluten-free cookies can be used for dietary restrictions. Stored in an airtight container, it will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
