Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Penne pasta cook as directed
  • 1 pound Peeled shrimp tails removed
  • 3 cups Chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella
  • 3 teaspoon Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the penne pasta as per package directions.
  • Set to the side.
  • In a large saute pan drizzle olive oil and add the spinach with the minced garlic.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Add the cooked shrimp to the spinach and toss to combine.
  • Add the pasta to the shrimp mixture, toss to combine.
  • In a small saucepan add the heavy cream and bring to a boil.
  • Add the mozzarella to the cream and stir until all of the cheese is melted.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  • Garnish and enjoy!
