Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce

  • 250 g fettuccine pasta
  • 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated Use fresh parmesan for best texture
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning Season shrimp with this
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
  • Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  • Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove.
  • Add cream and parmesan, stir until smooth.
  • Add bell peppers and cooked pasta.
  • Return shrimp, mix well, and adjust seasoning.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.
