  • 2 cups cooked black beans or pinto beans

Main Components

  • 1 recipe Tofu Sofritas
  • 1 recipe Fajita Veggies or fresh veggies like romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and corn

Salsas and Toppings

  • Pico de Gallo or Tomatillo Salsa, Homemade Salsa, or Corn Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Lime wedges for serving

Optional Toppings

  • Pickled Red Onions
  • Pickled Jalapeños

Assembly
