Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Spice Mix

  • 1 pinch Ground cloves no more than one pinch
  • 1.5 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg

Latte Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spices plus extra for sprinkling
  • to taste tablespoons Sugar as per your sweet tooth
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin puree more for stronger flavor
  • 2 cups Milk use whole milk for best flavor
  • 0.5 cup Strong coffee
  • to taste Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add sugar, pumpkin puree and milk to a saucepan. Mix well.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat until it's hot but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and mix in coffee, spice mix, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the blend into cups, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with spice mix.

Notes

Adjust sugar and pumpkin puree according to taste preferences.
